evanescenceconfessions: Since I’ve warmed to the new album I’ve started thinking of the albums as children or something. Fallen; The pride & joy, “the golden child” if you will. The Open Door: The artistic, quietly genius middle child that fits comfortably in the middle. And Evanescence; The bold brash loud youngest child a little bratty but admirable. No matter how much we may love the middle & third child, we’ll always compare them to the eldest. Just remember there’s always room for improvement.
